·        All our managers are are licensed and covered by Errors & Omission Insurance. As a member of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board, we can list our clients vacant units for lease on the MLS system. MLS is still the most effective way of conducting business in the real estate industry.

·        Hugh & McKinnon uses Yardi software for accounting purposes. Yardi is one of North America's most widely used property management software programs.

·       Our commercial tenants may sign up to conveniently pay their fees by completing our Commercial Direct Payment Form.
