Bruce Robinson

Raised in South Surrey, Bruce started in the Construction Industry after high school. Starting as a carpenter's helper he worked his way up to a project manager responsible for the construction of single & multi-family frame buildings, office and industrial facilities. In addition to new construction, he has extensive experience in renovation & restoration of wood frame and concrete structures. Obtaining his real estate license in Calgary, Bruce has been involved with both residential and commercial projects with site acquisition and leasing or sale of the finished project. Together with Greg Long, he acquired Hugh & McKinnon in 1990. He is a General Partner in the Kelowna Lakeshore Inn, Walnut Grove Town Centre and Mt. Boucherie Place.

Career Highlights - Prior to coming to Hugh & McKinnon, Carl was a realtor for 15 years, specializing in land assembly and sales of new homes. Carl came to Hugh & McKinnon in the early 1990’s, and started a career in Strata Management.

Areas of Expertise - Carl has become one of our most knowledgeable Strata Managers. He has a low key approach, and takes a professional attitude towards his profession. He is well liked by his peers and his clients.

David Birtch

David was first licensed in 1986 and joined Hugh & McKinnon in 2000. He has also served for many years on the Business Practices Committee at the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board and Chaired a large number of hearings. Strata Corporations benefit from his common sense approach to problem resolution and his abilities to coordinate effective maintenance plans and recommend appropriate funding options and budgets.
Edward Tokarczyk

Ed went into construction as a general contractor specializing in commercial office, retail and industrial in 1981. In his 10 years of construction, Ed worked his way up from a site superintendent, through estimator/project manager, to construction manager. Ed went into property management in 1992 and has been looking after commercial/industrial properties ever since.
Glenn Campbell

Career Highlights - Glenn has worked in the Property Management field for four years, the last two years with Hugh & McKinnon Realty. Previous to involvement with Property Management, Glenn worked at a senior level for a large national pipeline company in financial and project management for over 20 years.

Areas of Expertise - Glenn is a licensed Strata Manager, with an outstanding knowledge and background in financial reporting. Glenn has a low key, professional approach to all his job activities. Very well liked by all.

Greg Long

Greg is 50% owner of Hugh & McKinnon, having bought the company in 1990 with Bruce Robinson. His education background includes getting his Certified General Accountant designation in 1985, Honors Diploma in Marketing Management from BCIT in 1979, and 4 years at UBC in the Commerce program in the 1970's. Greg is a life long resident of the peninsula and has experience in residential and commercial sales and leasing, has experience in all types of property management, and is directly involved in the management of various real estate syndications throughout B.C.
Ray Seymour

Ray joins our experienced team of Strata Managers and is dedicated to serving the various strata communities' portfolios in a highly professional manner. Ray has nearly twenty years of licensed experience in the real estate industry. He has managed offices and has provided several years of successful, hands-on service to strata corporations, property management clients, rental apartment buildings and manufactured home parks.

Ray previously served in an executive level management position in local government and is experienced in dealing with the organization and conduct of business through elected and voluntary bodies. He has proven abilities to relate well and build respect and rapport in his dedication to serving those organizations.
