Raised in South Surrey, Bruce started in the Construction Industry after high school. Starting as a carpenter's helper he worked his way up to a project manager responsible for the construction of single & multi-family frame buildings, office and industrial facilities. In addition to new construction, he has extensive experience in renovation & restoration of wood frame and concrete structures. Obtaining his real estate license in Calgary, Bruce has been involved with both residential and commercial projects with site acquisition and leasing or sale of the finished project. Together with Greg Long, he acquired Hugh & McKinnon in 1990. He is a General Partner in the Kelowna Lakeshore Inn, Walnut Grove Town Centre and Mt. Boucherie Place.
Career Highlights - Prior to coming to Hugh & McKinnon, Carl was a realtor for 15 years, specializing in land assembly and sales of new homes. Carl came to Hugh & McKinnon in the early 1990’s, and started a career in Strata Management.
Areas of Expertise - Carl has become one of our most knowledgeable Strata Managers. He has a low key approach, and takes a professional attitude towards his profession. He is well liked by his peers and his clients.
Career Highlights - Glenn has worked in the Property Management field for four years, the last two years with Hugh & McKinnon Realty. Previous to involvement with Property Management, Glenn worked at a senior level for a large national pipeline company in financial and project management for over 20 years.
Areas of Expertise - Glenn is a licensed Strata Manager, with an outstanding knowledge and background in financial reporting. Glenn has a low key, professional approach to all his job activities. Very well liked by all.
Ray previously served in an executive level management position in local government and is experienced in dealing with the organization and conduct of business through elected and voluntary bodies.
