Two basic types of management contracts are offered, full management and accounting only contracts. As well, we offer consulting services on an hourly basis.

 

 

Our approach to strata management is that of a consultant. Hugh & McKinnon provides expert advice allowing Strata Councils to make informed, effective decisions. Once a decision has been made, the Property Manager's role is to plan and coordinate activities in a financially responsible manner. Hugh & McKinnon has developed a preferred list of sub-trades, who provide prompt, quality service, at reasonable prices for all our clients.

 

Our financial reporting is designed to provide easily understandable, accurate information. We understand that most Owners aren't accountants, and we effectively balance the use of General Accepted Accounting Principles, with the need for simplicity and understanding. For convenience, strata property owners may sign up for automatic withdrawl of strata fees from their bank account by submitting our Strata Direct Payment Form.
