- All our managers are are licensed and covered by Errors & Omission Insurance. As a member of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board, we can list our clients vacant units for lease on the MLS system. - Hugh & McKinnon uses Yardi software for accounting purposes. Yardi is one of North America's most widely used property management software programs.
