For nearly 30 years, Hugh & McKinnon has been providing strata corporations with professional management services. We concentrate our focus on strata developments in White Rock, Surrey, Delta, Langley and Tsawwassen. Two basic types of management contracts are offered, full management and accounting only contracts. As well, we offer consulting services on an hourly basis.

Our approach to strata management is that of a consultant. Hugh & McKinnon provides expert advice allowing Strata Councils to make informed, effective decisions. Once a decision has been made, the Property Manager's role is to plan and coordinate activities in a financially responsible manner. Hugh & McKinnon has developed a preferred list of sub-trades, who provide prompt, quality service, at reasonable prices for all our clients.

Our financial reporting is designed to provide easily understandable, accurate information, and is overseen by Greg Long, Certified General Accountant. We understand that most Owners aren't accountants, and we effectively balance the use of General Accepted Accounting Principles, with the need for simplicity and understanding.
